BASIC FUNCTION
We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Operations Manager who is an experienced professional to lead our day-to-day operations with strong optimization and cost reduction focus across online B2B and B2C channels. Striving to deliver innovative and industry leading solutions in logistics, inventory management, procurement, and customer service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management/ Logistics
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or related position
- Experience in leading teams
- Experience working in logistics and transportation across international borders
- Experience in inventory forecast and management
- Experience in procurement, budget management, and customer service
- Experience working within an ERP system (Experience with NetSuite is an asset)
- Advanced working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office with specific strength in Excel

Key Functions
Logistics& Supply Chain
- Lead global inbound and outbound logistics across Canada, the U.S., and international partners
- Manage relationships with 3PL warehouses, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Oversee shipping, customs, duties, and compliance requirements
- Optimize freight costs, transit times, and delivery performance
- Develop and maintain logistics SOPs and contingency plans
Procurement Management
- Own the procurement process for finished goods and operational supplies
- Manage supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, and lead times
- Work closely with Product and Finance on purchase planning and costing
- Ensure purchase orders align with forecasts, budgets, and inventory plans
- Monitor together with Product, supplier performance, quality, and on-time delivery
Inventory Management
- Own inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment across all channels
- Ensure healthy stock levels while minimizing overstock and stockouts
- Oversee inventory accuracy across warehouses and systems
- Lead reconciliations, and aging inventory strategies
- Support product launches and seasonal demand planning
Customer Service Operations
- Oversee customer service workflows, returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges
- Manage outsourced partner and ensure the SLAs are being met
- Improve processes to reduce response times, errors, and costs
- Partner with marketing and sales to support the customer experience
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Build and manage annual operations budgets
- Track and forecast logistics, fulfillment, and operating costs
- Report on key performance indicators including freight, fulfillment cost per order, inventory turns, and service levels
Systems & Process Optimization
- Oversee key operational systems including ERP, 3PL integrations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
- Drive data-driven decision making across all operational functions

Role Overview
The Social Media & PR Coordinator will be responsible for building brand awareness, strengthening community engagement, and positioning Stonz as a trusted leader in kids’ footwear and apparel. This role blends creative content production (video and static), storytelling, and relationship-building across social platforms, influencer collaborations, and media outlets. The coordinator will manage the day-to-day execution of the brand’s digital presence and PR initiatives while proactively proposing fresh content ideas and formats that drive engagement, support campaign objectives, and ensure the brand remains dynamic, relevant, and engaging for parents, partners, and press.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, Plan and execute Stonz's social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest), balancing video, photography, and static assets.
- Write, design, and publish engaging content that reflects brand voice, values, and campaign priorities.
- Collaborate with the Junior Graphic Designer to ensure timely production of static content and brand consistency.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering parent/customer conversations.
Coordinate influencer and ambassador programs, ensuring alignment with brand goals and measurable outcomes. - Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommending optimizations to grow reach and engagement.
- Capture and create on-site content during brand events, trade shows, and collaborations.
- Follow the marketing calendar to anticipate upcoming projects and organize tasks proactively.
Public Relations (40%)
- Build and maintain media relationships across parenting, lifestyle, fashion, and outdoor outlets.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and story pitches to highlight product
launches, partnerships, and milestones. - Support PR events, product seeding, and media/influencer gifting campaigns.
- Monitor press coverage, industry trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
- Coordinate PR initiatives with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in social media, PR, or communications, preferably within a consumer brand.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and content creation skills, including video editing (Reels/TikTok), photography,
and static design (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). - Experience managing influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and PR initiatives.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) to track performance and optimize content.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills, with an eye for aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities and a proactive, adaptable
mindset. - Comfortable building and maintaining media relationships, pitching stories, and
representing the brand confidently across channels. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
