    We are STONZ ( — MAKING OUTSIDE EASY! We are a fast-growing Canadian premium brand specializing in baby & children's footwear and apparel for ages 0-6 years old. Our mission is to Make Outdoor Easy for both kids and parents, with award-winning, kid-centric, and long-lasting products for every season.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential retailers in the children’s shoes and apparel market. Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows and events in assigned territories to generate leads and build a robust sale pipeline.
    • Client Relationships Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and prospective retailers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
    • Product Presentation: Conduct engaging in-person and/or virtual product presentations to highlight the features, benefits, and uniqueness of Stonz’ product assortments. Effectively communicate our brand’s story, mission, and commitment to prospective buyers.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with retailers to negotiate pricing and conditions to secure sales agreements and overcome objections to drive successful deal closures.
    • Sales Reporting: Partnered with the US Sales Manager to maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, meetings, and sales order using JOOR platform.
    • Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities related to baby & children’s shoes and apparel.

    • Proven record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the baby & children’s footwear and apparel market.
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
    • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience.

    This is a commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Successful candidates will receive competitive commissions on sales generated.

    This role is external to Stonz as an independent sales representative based in the USA and will require regular travel within their assigned territories.
