Shipping Update – Canada Post Service Resuming

The Canada Post strike has officially ended, but due to a significant backlog, some shipping delays are still expected. While we continue to use Purolator for most Canadian addresses and FedEx for U.S. shipments, Canada Post remains our only option for some remote Canadian regions.

If you’re shopping for the holidays, please place your order as soon as possible to allow extra time for delivery.

        RETURNS


        Stonz accepts returned items purchased on www.stonz.com within 30* days of the delivery date. You will receive a refund via original method of payment for the price of the item and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Please ensure the following criteria are understood prior to mailing in your merchandise: 

        • All merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached) 
        • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
        • Stonz does not accept any exchanges
        • All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges will be accepted) 
        • If your return does not meet the criteria above, Stonz reserves the right to deny the return.
        • Any ineligible returns received will be charged a non-refundable $15 restocking fee.

        If your product is eligible for return, please go to our Return Center and send it for approval.


        STONZ PRODUCT GUARANTEE


        We take pride in making products of the very highest quality. Our products carry a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you think your Stonz product is defective, please put together the following information for our Customer Service team.

        • A picture (or pictures) of your Stonz item showing the issue
        • For Booties, Liners and Mitts, a picture of the white tag inside the left item detailing the location of manufacture and serial number (ie. 00F1 or similar)
        • For Rain Boots, please let us know the colour of the inside lining and please send us a picture of the outer sole
        • Proof of purchase
        • Your phone number and mailing address

        Please note:

        Our warranty does not cover products damaged by misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations or modifications, or those purchased from unauthorized third-party Stonz dealers. It also excludes natural wear and tear, such as fading, stains, and abrasions on the soles or fabric that occur over time.

        Additionally, we are not responsible for any product defects resulting from failure to follow our care instructions, which may lead to deforming the product.

        Stonz offers a one-year warranty that applies only to the original purchaser. The warranty is not valid for items that have been resold, given away, or in cases where you are not the original owner. If your Stonz product was received as a gift, proof of purchase will need to be provided by the original purchaser.
