These have been so good for winter. They’re warm without being bulky, which is huge because most winter boots make it hard for toddlers to actually walk comfortably.

They stay on really well (no constant adjusting), and they’ve handled snow, slush, and cold temps without any issues. His feet stay warm and dry, even when we’re outside for a while.

I also love how lightweight they are, it makes a big difference for little ones learning to walk and explore. Definitely one of those products that makes winter outings way easier!

The boot uses nice sturdy materials for the construction of the boot but the sizing is way off. I used the size chart offered on the website and measured my kid's foot accordingly. The boot was too small and even smaller than other footwear of the same size. I think Stonz needs to check its sizing chart and ensure it uses standard shoe sizes. I have been purchasing Stonz boots for the past several years without issues so I am really surpised that they don't fit my kid.

I have been a repeat customer of Stonz, but this recent experience has been disappointing. I purchased the Trek 2Y winter boots for my child, based on prior experience with the same size.

After only one day of wear, my child experienced discomfort, and the boots are not wearable. I later learned that the sizing for this model had been updated, and that the 2Y is actually the same size as the 13 Youth, but this change was not disclosed at the time of purchase in the store.

As a result, I no longer feel confident buying Stonz products, and a discount offered on a future purchase does not make up for the inconvenience. I hope the company will improve communication about sizing changes so other families do not face the same problem.

I love these, they look beautiful. It's easy for my toddler to put them on and they are really secure on his feet. I don't regret buying them for sure !!

The new size chart seems completely inaccurate. I measured exactly as instructed and selected the size that matched the chart. My child normally wears a size 9 in regular shoes, so I ordered both size 10 and 11 to be safe, but both were too small. At this point I have no idea what size I’m supposed to order.

The boots themselves are very lightweight, which is great, but the sizing issue is extremely disappointing, especially when we have to pay for the return even though the mistake isn’t ours.

I’ve been a repeat Stonz customer and have found the size chart reliable—until this model. I measured my toddler’s foot and his current Stonz insoles, but the size I ordered was still too small. I know sizing issues can happen, but having to pay return fees due to inaccurate sizing information is disappointing.

Why change a good thing? Sizing is off. We used the size chart and added .5 cm. Still too small. My boy has worn Stonz shoes and boots since he could walk, he is now 4. He was in size 12 and we were going to order size 13. We measured first and it still looked like he'd fit a 13 but the are too small. I would suggest sizing up from what your kids wear if they already own Stonz.
I am also disappointed in the return process. I could not exchange, Instead I had to re-order the next size (which I did) and now I have to pay for return shipping on the boots that didn't fit. Not the best customer service.
I also ordered the stonz mitts in the same size we had last year...and they are way smaller.
Why the change!?

These boots are just excellent...we have not ordered at least three pairs. They are warm, light and lovely...the children enjoy wearing them. We also have the excellent winter gloves that are a great length and warm as well plus the colors match the boots! We also appreciate that these products come locally. thank you
