Beautiful lilac color, easy for my 2 year old to put on and take off by herself. Great Stonz quality. All of her footwear is Stonz because I cannot trust anything else. Love how durable, sustainable, and washable these products are. Worth the price point (especially to import to the US)!

Look no further than STONZ for the best shoe for your toddler. STONZ is what embodies a perfect orthopedic, friendly shoe that allows for normal growth of a developing foot.
STONZ is the only shoe that my toddler would not rip off of her feet. It’s great for sensory sensitive toddlers STONZ should receive an award for the best toddler shoe. In my opinion. Let me know where and when we can vote.

I got my kiddo the toddler rainboots (pink) and they rock - they are super cute, functional, and my girl loves them so far. Stoked to find this brand!

The mittens are awesome for my 4 year old. Their mittens have a modern look and easily match different looks.

Kept him super warm and he outlasted me playing outside in -15C.

My only concern is that he needs help to put them on but hopefully with practice he will do better.

I always appreciate a company that makes online ordering easy.
I ordered my toddler boots, I followed the size guide and even sized up.
When I received the boots they are too small.
I called stonz because I want to exchange.
They told me to take to the post office.
I said I would prefer a prepaid label so I can reorder a larger size.
Instead they gave me 15% off.
I took the boots the post to return and it was $20.
When I return to the website you can receive 10% off for new customers.
For this reason I will eat the shipping cost but I won’t be ordering from stonz again.
We live on a farm so they would have had repeat customers for all seasons had they made it easy.

So quick to take your money but take forever to issue a return.

Ok products, nothing spectacular and nothing bad. But the customer service is just horrific. It's been 2 weeks since they received the product for the return and still no news about the status or anything lake that.

Edit: a customer service representative contacted me with an apology and issued a gift card for a future purchase. He was very polite and understanding.

Easily the worst experience I've had with customer service.

I ordered a rain suit for my son worth $75.00 + tax, postage and packaging and checked to ensure it would be delivered before my trip. I never received the rain suit, instead I received someone else's items. No big deal, mistakes happen.

The "worst experience" occurs once I ask for a refund. A fair request given I paid for a product I never received. Irrelevant of their mistake to send me products meant for someone else, you should set right and rectify the fact that I never received what I paid for.
I would have always sent your products back but the fact you were unwilling to process my refund until I sent back the products, like some kind of ransom, is incredibly sad and frustrating. If I had wanted the products you incorrectly sent to me, I would have purchased them. I don't want or need them. I ordered the rain suit because that's what I needed. If you don't send it to me, you should give me a refund.
