Basic Function

The Operations Specialist daily responsibilities include, Inventory Management, Purchasing, and
International Trade Coordination. Works alongside the Sales, Product, and Marketing department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

• 3+ years of operations experience
• Experience working with ERP systems 
• Experience with Logistics & 3PL coordination
• Experience with Purchasing
• Experience with International Trade

Education

• Any Degree in the related field.
• Second language an asset, preferably Mandarin

General

• Ability to maintain organized and accurate records
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to prioritize activities, advocate a course of action and pursue consistently to completion
• Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
• Attentive to details
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and analytical skills
• Efficient 
• Communicates and understands the voice of the Brand

Technical

• Experience within an ERP system
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Working knowledge of Dropbox and/or Box

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations support

• Logistics & International Freight coordination.
• Shipping cost coordination.
• 3PL Coordination overseas
• Duties/HS Code coordination.
• Inventory Management across locations.
• Purchasing, RFQs, PO placement, receiving coordination
