BASIC FUNCTION
The ideal candidate for this role is a unique combination of highly organized and detail-oriented, while also being relationship-focused and commercially minded. They enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and proactively identifying opportunities to support retailer success and grow sales.
The B2B Success Coordinator serves as the bridge between our retailers, the Sales Department, and the SC & Operations Department, ensuring orders move smoothly from placement to delivery while creating an exceptional retailer experience. This is a full-time position covering USA & Canada.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
1+ years of B2B sales support and operations
Education
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field – or equivalent work experience
• Second language is an asset, preferably French

Technical Skills
• Knowledge within an ERP system (order entry, fulfilment, invoicing)
• Knowledge of B2B sales platforms / portals (e.g. retailer vendor portals, EDI)
• Knowledge of KPIs relevant to sales and fulfilment (fill rate, on-time, DSO)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, basic reporting)

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Retailer Support & Order Management
• Serve as a first point of contact for retailers with questions, orders requests, issues, or account inquiries
• Receive, review, and enter B2B sales orders accurately into the ERP system
• Confirm order details with retailers and sales reps; resolve discrepancies promptly
• Coordinate order fulfillment with the Operations/Warehouse team; track shipment status
• Ensure customer invoices are generated accurately and issued on time upon shipment or as agreed
• Proactively communicate order updates, delays, or issues to retailers and the Sales Manager
• Log, process, and resolve retailer claims (short shipments, damaged goods, returns, billing disputes) within agreed timelines
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Sales to resolve complex claims efficiently
• Build positive, reliable relationships with retail accounts to support retention and growth
2. Sales Platform Maintenance
• Ensure data integrity across the platform; identify and correct errors proactively
• Support onboarding of new retailers onto the platform; create accounts and guide setup
3. Upselling & Commercial Awareness
• During order processing and retailer interactions, identify opportunities to suggest complementary or upgraded products
• Flag potential upsell opportunities to the Sales Manager with relevant context (order history, seasonal trends, new SKUs)
• Support Sales Manager with outreach campaigns or promotions targeting existing accounts
4. Sales & Operations Alignment
• Act as a communication bridge between the Sales team and Operations/Warehouse; surface issues early and drive resolution
• Provide the Sales Manager with regular updates on order status, fulfilment performance, and any retailer concerns
• Participate in Sales and Operations planning meetings as required
• Support Sales reps with admin tasks: quotes, order confirmations, reporting, sample coordination
5. General
• Create and update SOPs and procedures for tasks related to this role as requested
• Share product feedback gathered from retailers with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Report unsafe working conditions and actions
• Other tasks, as assigned
