We’ve only had these boots for a few weeks and they’re already in bad shape….it hasn’t even snowed yet. The fabric pills if the Velcro isn’t placed perfectly. If you have an independent toddler who wants to do everything themselves (including putting their boots on) I’d strongly recommend against these boots. Poor quality for the price!

The boots are lightweight but there is zero grip and i just know my kid will slip on the snow if he goes outside in these . Will be returning if they ever give me the return address

The velcro loses its grip very quickly, even after cleaning it of debris. The strap is also too long and I end up using the elastic strap rather than the velcro to attach the boot to baby's feet.

If I could give a zero star I would. I never received the boots I ordered. They were shipped to the wrong address and you wouldn't refund. Even with giving you proof of the shipment error. Your customer service representative is rude and just made excuses. I will never shop with you again. I also urge others to think twice before ordering from Stonz. Horrible experience

Faithful cruiser family here & happy to report the trek boots hold up the Stonz reputation! Couldn’t be happier & so much less bulky than other brands, no limit to my some mobility with them on whatsoever.

I'm sure that this product is good. However customer service is not hence the review rating. Company needs to have better communication with its' customers when a product online can't be fulfilled as advertised. Instead the customer is following up & accountability is on the custumer to chase down why the order has not been received. Please improve your approach by being pro active & take accountability & take action. Boots still not received & now need to go buy another set elsewhere. Embarrassing as a parent having the school reminding that your child needs boots at school. Buyer beware, quick to take money & not deliver product.

ORDER MY SONS BOOTS WEEKS AGO, THEY NEVER SHIPPED, EMAILED THEM SAID THEY'RE WORKING ON IT YET I EVENTUALLY FIND OUT AFTER FOLLOWING UP 2 TIMES THEY DONT HAVE THEM AND WANTED A REFUND. MY GF HAD THE SAME ISSUE THEY DONT HAVE A DIFFERENT SIZE BOOT YET YOU CAN ORDER IT ONLINE BUT ZERO STOCK. So lightweight and my toddler can put them on by herself!!

I have been back and forth with this company several times trying to get a refund after paying $20 to ship back two pairs of boots that were too small for my twins. I proceeded to order the next size. They claim they only received one pair returned (despite them being shipped back within the same box!). I have lost $100 completely down the drain. You’d think they would want to keep their customers happy so we will continue to buy boosts from them every winter for several years to come. I absolutely won’t purchase from them again.

I order two pairs of size 7 for my twins. They were too small. I paid $20 to ship them back and ordered size 8. Stonz is saying they only received one pair and are refusing to refund me for both pairs. They were shipped in the same box and I have proof of delivery. They obviously misplaced a pair or didn’t realize there were two pairs in the box and threw the box away without checking. Now I’m out $100 through no fault of my own. I absolutely will not purchase from this company again.
(We like the boots and bought two pairs last year as well). Next year we’ll be going with a different brand.

They weigh nothing and are sooo easy to put on. They tighten really easily also. My son took off running in them. The only thing I wish for are more colours and designs!

We bought these last winter for my 2 year old and we will be buying them again this year! They keep very warm and dry and are super light, which my kiddo loves, because it means he can run around a d play without being held down by heavy winter gear. I did a lot of research on various winter boot brands and purchasing these was the right choice!

We used these boots for one winter season and they were super light, warm, waterproof and very easy to put on and take off. However, we have only used them for about 3 months (not every day) and the Velcro is so strong is starting to pull the stictches out that are holding the Velcro to the boot. Also the fabric piece connecting the two flaps is coming apart on both sides. My toddler is only 2 so we still put them on and take them off him. Was really hoping for $70 they would hold up till next year as we bought a size up. Other than that they were great.

Boots were not functional for toddler, sizing chart was wrong and now we’re stuck with boots that will have to try and sell for a fraction of the price.

We love the boots. They are so easy to stay on and keep our kids feet warm. It’s the only boots he likes to wear.

I recently purchased my second pair of these shoes for my son. I appreciate their lightweight design. However, it's worth mentioning that this new model has undergone some modifications, making it a bit more challenging for kids to put on independently.

I don’t know why other people say it’s easy to put on, I got one size bigger and it’s still hard for my two year old to put it on… it’s a terrible experience to put on this boots every time and now I gave up. Just wore twice. Also, the logo has peeled off already

Trek - Toddler

Great for chunky feet! Easy to slide into and get out of for my two-year-old. He finds it comfy to walk in. His feet stay warm while outdoors during our Ontario winters.

My son loves his boots. They’re comfortable and high quality and not hard to put on.

I love these boots for my kiddos. They never complain of cold feet and we regularly play in the snow, and they are so nice and lightweight. I did prefer the previous model as I found it easier to get on the kids however.

I love these boots! They are warm, have great tread and are SO light! I like the Velcro strap instead of clip however I find the strap to be too short. It almost doesn’t reach the Velcro part to close. Will still continue to buy these for my kids though.

We love our stonz boots for our toddler! They make getting outside easier because there is no struggle to get them on his feet! We love that they open up easily since he has wider feet.
