Stonz is seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to drive growth and optimize performance across all digital channels. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role involves strategic planning, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams responsible for owned, earned, and paid platform results.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Optimize performance across owned, earned, and paid digital platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth for all digital channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
- Manage and remain current with marketing tools and strategies, leading integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution for all owned, earned and paid activities.
- Management of the customer funnel leading to e-commerce sales for all digital channels.
- Manage KPI’s, reporting and analytics on all ecommerce platforms.
- Managing and coordinating the content and user experience within the platform tools, features, and capabilities primarily for Stonz.com website and B2B platforms.
- Working with team members regarding product accuracy on all platforms for owned, earned and paid.
- Planning new growth strategies, functionality, and future capabilities to meet business goals such as social selling.
- Project management of digital-centric marketing projects with team members.
- Working with Digital Coordinator on deployment of integrations, trafficking of content on all digital channels such as Google, YouTube, Social, Amazon, etc.
Website Management:
- Manage the company’s website functionality, performance, ensuring alignment and optimal user experience, functionality, and app management.
- Work with Brand/Marketing team for all content, imagery, copy, and content to support website experience.
- Coordinating content changes with new products and style changes with Operations and Brand/Marketing teams.
- SEO management of brand key words, meta descriptions, and all requirements for searchability on all platforms including social media, Google, Amazon, YouTube, and expanded channels.
Third-Party Platforms:
- Coordinate all 3rd party platforms with support from the Operations & Product team members.
- Manage third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, other dropping shipping channels) for channel sales growth.
- Coordinate content changes, product listings, and pricing changes with internal stakeholders and platforms.
- Explore expansion opportunities to new platforms and applications for revenue growth.
- Affiliates management and revenue growth with third party networks
Paid Advertising:
- Plan and execute paid search (PPC), display advertising, and other paid campaigns across all channels.
- Optimize campaigns and spend based on performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).
- Collaborate with vendors or agencies as needed.
Reporting and Optimization:
- Growth, reporting, and results: Year over Year and Month over Month, Week over Week
- Analyze performance data across all digital channels.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance ROI.
- Maintain and report weekly on metrics and results to key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Ecommerce and Digital experience (including Shopify, third parties like Amazon, etc.).
- Bonus: Shopify Plus Experience and working with ERP systems / and or business operations
- Digitally savvy across web, social media, apps and customer facing channels with a passion for staying on top of trends.

OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the execution of creative assets across digital, print, and social channels, following the Key Visuals developed by the Graphic Designer. This role is focused on production, adaptation, and execution, ensuring brand consistency while delivering fresh and engaging designs. This position plays an important role in bringing the Stonz brand to life through consistent, high-quality visual execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General:
- Create marketing content and email campaigns aligned with established Key Visuals, utilizing information from the digital sales strategy.
- Design social media graphics as requested by the Social Media Coordinator.
- Create banners and assets to support e-commerce initiatives.
- Adapt campaign Key Visuals into multiple formats and platforms.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials for events, trade shows, and promotions.
- Balance multiple projects efficiently, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Execute additional design tasks, including POP materials, digital assets, brand collateral, and sales tools as needed.
- Follow the marketing calendar to anticipate upcoming projects and organize tasks proactively.
TOOLS & SKILLS
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is considered an asset.
- Strong attention to detail in layout, resizing, and content adaptation.
- Familiarity with email marketing design.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Graphic Design.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and execute fresh, engaging solutions.
- Solid foundation in visual design disciplines: composition, colour, layout, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines while maintaining branding, consistency, and quality.
- Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
- Online portfolio required (applications without a portfolio will not be considered).
