Unfortunately I didn't realize the sizing on these boots was not the same as other STONZ shoes and that each shoe/boot has its own size chart :( We have two other pairs (Cruiser and Roamer) in size 5 and they fit great! They are final sale and now I am stuck with shoes that don't fit. I know I should have looked at the specific size chart but I assumed if they are the same number and the same brand they should fit. Otherwise they seem like great boots.

These boots keep my toddler’s feet toasty and dry, even when he sits in mud puddles. Super grippy soles too, and not too heavy. However, the leg width to foot length ratio seems a bit off. My kiddo isn’t particularly chunky, but we can barely get the boots over his ankles, despite the length of the sole part being a good fit. I think he’s going to outgrow them quickly because of the tight fit around his calf. (And we did measure and follow the size chart!)

Ordered a size 4t but they are made like a size 6t.... no way it fits my kiddo this year... very disappointed...

We have had 5 pairs of these boots (3 kiddos, multiple seasons). Each time I have ordered I have given the excuse that my kids just wear stuff hard and play hard. But this last pair only lasted 4 months (worn a few times a week for a couple hours at a time) and that just cant be excused for the the price. All 5 pair have ended up with wholes in the toes or heels and along the seam where the rubber meets the fabric. For the price, I need a boot that can actually withstand child play and be passed down to the next child the following season. They just don’t cut it for us.

My kids love these boots, they fit to size, easy to slip on and great in winter. Highly recommend.

I ordered these boots and paid for them waited 14 days and tried to contact the store multiple times about my order. After the 5th attempt at trying to reach them I finally got ahold of someone who told me the boots were no longer available. I had to go buy a different brand boot for my son as it’s too late to order a new pair. I’m so disappointed in the lack of response and poor customer service. I still haven’t gotten my money refunded and would not recommend anyone purchases from STONZ. I’ve never had such awful customer service or difficulty getting ahold of a brand. What a major disappointment.

This is our second pair. They have great grip on icy surfaces and my toddler loves them. They were great for the fall, winter (we don't go outside for super long periods in harsh weather) and spring weather here in Ontario and even the summer when they were the only thing my toddler would wear.

My daughters feet stay warm and dry while playing in snow and slush. Highly recommend.

We had many pairs of the cruiser shoes which we loved for being extra wide so we ordered the West boots, and thought the quality was great they weren't the "extra wide" fit like the cruiser so had to return but had no issues with the product itself (minus the return costing 1/3 of the purchase price)

My order was shipped to the wrong address. I contacted customer service within 5 minutes of placing the order and realizing the error. I got a response TWO days later informing me that the order had shipped and there was ‘nothing they could do’ and that I should contact FedEx myself. Regardless of the quality of the product, I won’t be ordering again. A truly indefensible lack of customer support.

Absolutely love these boots! So happy I got these ones instead of the rain boots,
These ones are warm and good in -10 weather. Keeps our little guys feet warm through the rain and even a little snow fall we got. He can jump in puddles and not worry about wet feet. The top black mesh keeps the boats tight so no water get in and helps with warmth. 100 % would recommend an amazing fall/spring boot!

I love these boots they lasted her a whole year last time

I loved these, they are an awesome rain boot/ mid-season. However, they did not hold up in the snow. The wetness soaks right through to the soak. This happened three days in a row following about 5 inches of snow. Super cute, had high hopes, but disappointed they don’t work as snow boots.

We LOVED these boots the first season we wore them (Spring 2023). Unfortunately by October 2023, they completed fell apart on us! The soles have worn through in MULTIPLE places, creating tripping hazards and rendering the boots unusable. They are no longer waterproof (literal holes in the soles), grippy or warm. We want to go back to loving + purchasing our beloved Stonz, but this was a very dissapointing experience.

Great boots for my grand daughter

Our baby absolutely adores his rainboots right from the moment he put them on. He's so fond of them that he sometimes goes to the shoe rack by himself, takes the boots out, and asks us for help in putting them on. These boots are incredibly soft and provide excellent grip, which keeps him from slipping or falling.

The shoes and boots are cute and look very comfortable. Great for my toddler while he was just learning to walk. Now he runs in them!

These are the best boots my kids have ever had-they are waterproof, warm and not slippery. My boys wear them 6 or more months out of the year in wet/cold weather and they love them.

These boots have held up well all winter now. They’ve kept feet warm and dry all winter long. Will definitely buy again in a larger size when the time comes.

My 4-year-old son has lived in these boots for the last month (February in Colorado). He obviously finds them comfortable. One very cold day (below 30*, snow on the ground, & windy) he was not wearing socks & his toes got cold. Other than that, they've performed amazingly in snow, cold, water, etc.

I like that he can run, jump, etc. without clunky & inflexible soles that rain/snow boots usually have. I can see a big difference between how he vs. his classmates/friends can move around the playground. I'm also excited he will be able to use these boots all year round instead of putting them away for a season & hoping he doesn't grow out of them.

I'm hoping these will be durable & hold up.

We love these boots for our toddlers! No more complaining their feet hurt. They can be used year round where we live as they are good for up to -20 degrees Celsius. Rain, snow or mud! The traction is great on them, very thick and deep and goes up around the toe and up around the heel. Great for those adventurous toddlers on the move in nature. I can't rave about Stonz enough. We also have the gloves and soon will be ordering the cruisers plus shoes.

The boots have great grip, lots of space for little toes, and enough flex to be super comfy for the kiddos. Buying more sizes for my three boys to pass down to one another 👌🏼
