Refund policy
RETURNS
Regular priced items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached.
You will receive a refund via original method of payment for the price of the item and applicable taxes, excluding shipping costs. Please ensure the following criteria are understood prior to mailing in your merchandise:
- Items must be returned in their original box, and the box must remain in good condition with no labels or markings. Returns with damaged, marked, or altered boxes will not be accepted
- All merchandise must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached)
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges
- Stonz does not accept any exchanges
- All clearance and sale items are FINAL SALE (no returns or exchanges will be accepted)
- If your return does not meet the criteria above, Stonz reserves the right to deny the return.
Any returns received without an approved return request will be charged a non-refundable $15 restocking fee.
If your product is eligible for return, please go to our Return Center and send it for approval.
